For more than two decades, I have worked in international taxation within large multinational organisations, bringing judgement, creativity and structure to complex, high-stakes decisions.
I later began applying that same discipline to my own life: assess the facts, widen the lens, define direction and act intentionally—clear about where I am heading while prepared to learn, refine and adjust along the way.
This way of thinking shaped The Upgrade—and the strategic, expansive and practical approach I now bring to coaching.
